Returns and complaints

You can make a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Fill out the return form, available for download here: return form

2. Include the return form in the package

Remember to include a note with your order number in the package you're returning.

3. Send the package

The cost of returning the package is your responsibility, so you can use any shipping method. Send the package to the following address:

4. Refund of payment

You will receive the refund in the same form as your original payment. The refund will be credited to your account within a maximum of 14 days from the date the return is received in the warehouse.

If you paid cash on delivery, our Customer Service Office will contact you to obtain your bank account number for the refund.
